When I met Enrique, I was a little surprised at how tall he was. Most artists are almost always smaller than you’d expect. He had an easy going personality, a very laid-back style. Just a pleasure to work with. Super polite and appreciative. Willing to do what it takes. Everything went well. The shoot, the designing, the approvals. It was the shortest title for a record I’ve ever designed. One number. 7. So I used it as a design element throughout the package. Sometimes obvious, sometimes I really wanted you to look for it. I like the way this whole package feels. Enrique is a dream client for an Art Director. Plus, shooting one individual is often easier than a whole band. In this case, 7x easier.
